Why ping fluctuates frequently?

I usually play with broadband wifi at 20ms.
But when I played with jio (india) rural. I ping always fluctuating
among below 100, 400,700,968
majority of 90% of matches died because of high ping.
Playing with mobile internet we need enough signal.
Sometimes with good signal also we get lowest ping fluctuations.
Due high demand in your area.
due to high user base & less towers with jio.
Porting to Airtel network better idea. Low users so we get full speed because lack of demand.

No graphic lag, I play 60fps extreme settings. Before with oppo medium settings 25fps.
With oppo f3: if I land faster with 234 km speed at georgepool like hotdrop areas no graphic renders for few seconds to minutes meanwhile enemy got the gun &kills me.
With rog 2 I use airtriggers somehow improved. But realised changing mobile phone alone not improves the game.
we have to use our brain. So train your brain to handle the situations.
For extreme competition,. I switched to four fingers & gyroscope (don’t miss gyroscope especially for recoil controlling)

8mbps in band 5. 850 MHz  (8mbps good for pubg even if band 40 you can;t get 8mbps i get only 1mbps)

we can Pubg mobile in india without any vpn, but pubg mobile lite gives an error code – restricted area. so you have to download a vpn like turbo vpn lite and connect us server,  but the ping is constant at 300-400ms.
i tried a singapore vpn app – singapore is the close location to india when come to hosting -4000KM rather than us 15000 KM.
ping is 80 -100ms in a 60mbps wifi plan. but only bots also matching time is high 1-3+ minutes.

4 fingers have always advantage over 2 fingers but is it necessary. my recommendation is use left index finger on Scope button (3 fingers claw).  I tried but I forget to use ADS. My gameplay very close combats (no need ADS)at starting, camping in the middle for surviving not to kill, last circle prone position to someone kill me. (i need to adjust my brain before learning claw any way I am playing for 2 months)

With Claw, we can do following actions simultaneously

  1. 1st finger: Moving left joystick
  2. 2nd Figer: fire Button
  3. 3rd Finger Required for ADS/ SCOPE.
  4. 4th Finger required for Aiming while firing.

But changing we can do 3 fingers work with 2 fingers. but there are some limitations like

  1. Moving when ADS / Scope (is it necessary). >>> We can tap or Hold scope button if choose hold Scope only fire button works no Movement.
  2. AIM With Thumbs fire with Index finger vs AIM + Button (there is an advantage of using the claw, 1st we have to AIM and then fire. but  AIM+Fire button we may get panic instead of AIMing we click fire button.

Other things we can do Jumping (Jump +Move), Crouch (Crouch when Peeking), Prone while firing in close range.

My case:

But I Preferred Thumbs for Natural gameplay.  Still Learning to USE ADS /Scope(to kill near enemy not closest)/.

AIM+FIRE buttons working for me 80% cases (20% due to panic).

Most Important Thing: Our Brain Reaction Time (if you Implemented claw but your brain not reacting or not interested play intensive then there is no use of claw).

How pubg ranking system works – calculation?

Every match, Player gets his Points (varies -30 to 40-50).
Grading Starts from B, B+, A, A+, S, S+, SS+, SSS
Survival Time: Every 5 minutes Survival time gives your 2xp Points. (Survival time with Health restoring with blue zone used many pro players increases ranks fast.
Kill Rating: Based How many kills and damage to the enemy (need the experiment to figure how many points for a kill)
Health Restored Recovering your Health & Reviving your Friends.
Revival / Teammates: Best way push ranking by asking your teammate to jump from running car and revive them.
Damage Points: Damage given to enemy not kill Ex: kar98k  you are given 95% damage but he restored or revived by teammate count as Damage points.
Points for catching Airdrop.
Picking high-quality loot.
Surviving in rush area
Top 10, Top 3, top 2nd and a winner.
Running, medical, travel in a vehicle etc.

How many points required to reach conqueror rank in pubg mobile?

So we need to get 30 to 33 Ranking Points for a match (need to enter in top 10, 30 minutes survival, avg 3+ kills better, landing fast pickup gun and kill noobs).

2 fingers play its difficult for reaction time. you don’t need to Practice a 3 finger claw 4 or finger.
just buy a LT & RT Gamepad controllers for pubg 125-200 from Amazon India) or use a wireless joystick Bluetooth with mobile holder, or you can use USB wireless with a joystick with by buying a converter.
or
practice 3 finger claw then upgrade to 4 fingers. for a best ergonomic style is Joystick. (if you are serious, when i treated gaming I plan to play like a pro and stream on youtube to get fame, but i failed to map the controls to joystick also playing in front of laptop not worth for me, just started on mobile frustrated every time get killed by other triggered my ego level and i  addicted now i am feeling like a parasite) yes its danger than alcohol but i don;t know about sexual addiction.
